rior to enrolling in the first clinical course in any major, students are required to submit evidence of current certification in Health Care Provider CPR. This prerequisite does not apply to students enrolling in the Health Care Technology program unless they enter the program after the Nurse Aide I course.

Prior to enrolling in the first clinical course in the Associate of Science Degree in Nursing program, students must ALSO submit evidence of current listing on the North Carolina Division of Facility Services Nurse Aide I Registry.

Prior to enrolling in the first major course in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program, students must ALSO submit official transcript(s) showing completion of college level English Composition and General Psychology with a grade of "C" or better. Students must also submit evidence of 25 hours of observation in an OT setting.
