Pre-Enrollment Requirements

All students accepted to the College must submit the following prior to enrollment:

-	Non-refundable tuition deposit
-	A negative drug screen within 30 days prior to the first day of the semester
-	Signed Consumer Release form and acceptable criminal background check
-	Evidence of health insurance coverage. Health insurance coverage must be maintained while enrolled at the College. Students enrolled in 6 or less non-clinical credit hours will be exempted from this requirement.
-	Completed Pre-Enrollment Medical Examination form indicating the applicant is physically and emotionally capable of undertaking the program in which he or she is to be enrolled.
-	Verification of required immunizations
-	Meet the student code of conduct and physical and emotional standards
-	Evidence of current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers course completion before enrolling in any clinical course leading to a diploma or degree.

Transfer Credit Request Forms
You should have received a copy of the transfer credit request form which was mailed with your acceptance letter to the College. We are also making them available here on the Pre-Enrollment Requirements page should you need an additional copy.

All new students must complete and return the transfer credit request form to the registrar's office before registration information can be emailed to you. Each transfer credit request form list the courses by semester, procedures for completing the form, progression and graduation requirements.
