Designed for people who are currently employed and want to obtain their bachelor degrees, this unique hybrid program is designed with a combination of distance and traditional classroom learning. With a combination of distance and traditional classroom learning, this unique hybrid program is designed for working professionals who want to obtain their bachelor degree. Distance learning provides flexibility, allowing you to enroll full-time while maintain your current employment.

The Distance Education page allows you to visit an online classroom and learn helpful tips for successful online learning. You can also take our Online Readiness Assessment to help determine if you are ready for distance learning.

The traditional classroom setting prepares you for the interactions that are an integral part of healthcare leadership and management. The face-to-face courses are offered in the evenings to allow maximum flexibility.

Our HSLM program will prepare you to advance into higher levels of management in a clinic, hospital, long-term care facility, or other health services organization. You will also obtain an excellent educational foundation if you choose to pursue a master's level education in healthcare.
