• Ms. Simmons earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management at East Carolina University, magna cum laude. A pharmacy technician for over 18 years, she is currently nationally certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the North Carolina State Board of Pharmacy.
  
  In her spare time, Ms. Simmons enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and reading. She is also pursuing an MBA at East Carolina University.
