Program Requirements

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (RN to BSN) online program is designed for Registered Nurses (RNs) who are seeking to expand their skills in the ever-changing healthcare industry, as well as for RNs preparing for graduate level education. All classes are offered online.

Earning your RN-BSN opens the door for professional certification in a nursing specialty such as nurse practitioner, nurse educator, nurse anesthetist, clinical nurse specialist, or administration. An RN-BSN degree also provides a foundation for graduate level education and the future pursuit of doctorate level education.

Faculty work closely with students in courses focusing on holistic nursing, community health, health policy, informatics, leadership, and administration providing the knowledge to remain successful healthcare providers and leaders in today's healthcare workplace.

The mission of the BSN program is to provide innovative educational opportunities for nurses to develop leadership skills to competently work in partnership with individuals, families, and communities to promote health in a variety of healthcare settings.
